Local (indeed self-) production and consumption questions relations between energy system, milieu, architecture and social relationship. Design of local energy systems are embedded with urban planning and city governance. What are the interactions between energy system design and urban production process? Between community energy sharing and city governance? Do energy sharing modalities differs according to the project leading actor ?
