Interdisciplinarity through the living lab approach

Noting the complexity of reality, the solutions proposed to apprehend it most often consist in separating the elements that compose it. On the one side (left branch of the Y diagram), the human being is temporarily removed from the model of understanding to focus on the technical systems and materials.On the other side (right branch of the Y diagram), the systems are temporarily left out to focus on the actors in their societal environment. Eco-SESA, while relying on these two aspects for part of its work, is also developing an approach based on living labs that allow to grasp reality in its complexity, by studying systems and actors together.
