Session 1: How regulations are shaping energy communities?

Energy communities are developing in Europe and are at the heart of the recent EU directives on renewable energy and the internal market. Nevertheless, the diversity of their legal, organizational and even technical forms calls into question their integration into the current electricity regime. The objective of this session will be to question the forms of organization of these communities and their interaction with the sector's regulation. What are the political, legal and economic developments surrounding this emergence in the context of the energy transition?
