Session 6: Do community energy projects reshape practices of inhabitants, professionals or local authorities?

Local (indeed self-) production and consumption questions relations between energy system, milieu, architecture and social relationship during the design stage as well as the operating periode. This session explores the impacts of community initiatives integrating an energy dimension on  socio-spatial practices at different scales: housing, condominium, district and cities. Mobilizing the notion of “Common”, it therefore questions relations between in situ resources, their uses and  community/local governance.
