Session 2: How do production / supply / sharing energy communities emerge and develop?

Energy communities for the production and supply of electricity emerge in Europa and elsewhere. Beyond the motivations of the members involved in the creation and deployment of communities, the realization of production projects or supply services follows various processes. If they depend on national/local regulations, on the members and supporting organizations and on internal governance, when and how do these factors intervene in the process? Are processes different according to the spatial scale and to the purpose (production, supply or sharing) of the community?
